Enjoy temporary in-store displays of visual arts plus street performers throughout the Downtown Arts District each month May through October at First Friday, Santa Rosa's Downtown Art Walk.
Plan on sticking around to enjoy dinner and refreshments at some of downtown's many restaurants, bars and cafes. Rosie the Trolley offers free shuttle service throughout the event area during Art Walk hours and there are free carriage rides at Railroad Square.
Dates for 2008 are May 2, June 6, July 11, August 1, September 5, and October 3. Please note that First Friday will be held on the second Friday in July due to the Independence Day holiday. Hours are 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. each month.
